Vending Machine Costs

  1. How much is the average cost per drink?


    The average cost per cup is just 10.74p


  2. What payment systems are available for my drinks vending machine?


    The Xen-550 can be fitted with or without a coin mechanism. This allows for both free vend and pay vend. We can also supply a touch vend key system allowing customers to regulate the number of free vend drinks supplied.


  3. Are there any delivery costs?


    No. The drinks vending machines are delivered and installed free of charge.





Vending Machine Drinks

  1. What drink selections are available?


    There are 16 different drink options available depending on the type of machine you select. These include cold drinks, hot soups and 3 types of tea.

  2. Are there any contracts involved for drink ingredient ordering?


    No. You are free to order whenever you need to with no minimum size order.


  3. How can I order drinks ingredients and when will I receive them?


    You can order drinks ingredients over the phone, email, and fax or via the online ordering service on our website. If the order is placed before 12pm the goods should be delivered to you the following day (subject to stock availability).





Vending Machine Installation

  1. Do I need any modifications to my office to install the machine?


    No. As long as there is a power supply and water supply close by, we will be able to install your machine in most offices.


  2. How much space will I need?


    This will depend on the type of machine you chose – either the floor standing or table top. The Xen-550 dimensions are 1830mm x 780mm x 530mm and the Xen-330 table top stands at 830mm x 620mm x 530mm.





Vending Machine Maintenance

  1. How much maintenance and cleaning will I need to do?


    The Xen family requires only the minimal amount of cleaning to keep it in tip top condition – just wipe it down inside and out with a damp cloth every week to make sure it stays spotless. The machine will notify you when you need to change a cartridge or empty the waste bottle. Simple as that!

  2. How do I report a fault or problem?


    Call the customer service phone number 0870 746 1888 to speak to an advisor and they will try to help solve your problem over the phone. If an engineer is required, a site visit will be booked.


  3. When will an engineer visit?


    We endeavour to respond to all service calls within 24 working hours.


  4. Will I be charged a maintenance or service call out fee?


    No, if you are a regular ingredient customer and the fault has been confirmed, service calls are free of charge.
