Vending Machine Maintenance
The Xen family of drinks vending machines require only the
minimal amount of cleaning and maintenance. Unlike traditional drinks vending machines,
there are only 4 electro mechanical moving parts – thus eliminating the chance of
breakdown.
A regular, simple cleaning schedule should keep your drinks vending machine working
perfectly, however if there is a problem you would like to discuss please contact us.
In order to continue providing our excellent service, we have a dedicated Customer
Service Department whose staff will be pleased to answer any questions. Customers
can order their ingredients through our telephone order hotline or online via our
website.
If there is a problem it may be possible to correct it over the phone via our technical
department. Should it be necessary to visit your premises, we will arrange a mutually
convenient time.

How much maintenance and cleaning will I need to do?
The Xen family requires only the minimal amount of cleaning to keep it in tip top
condition – just wipe it down inside and out with a damp cloth every week to make
sure it stays spotless. The machine will notify you when you need to change a cartridge
or empty the waste bottle. Simple as that!

How do I report a fault or problem?
Call the customer service phone number 0870 746 1888 to speak to an advisor and
they will try to help solve your problem over the phone. If an engineer is required,
a site visit will be booked.

When will an engineer visit?
We endeavour to respond to all service calls within 24 working hours.

Will I be charged a maintenance or service call out fee?
No, if you are a regular ingredient customer and the fault has been confirmed, service
calls are free of charge.
