In Cup Plus Customer Service
In order to continue providing our excellent service, we have a dedicated Customer
Service Department whose staff will be pleased to answer any questions. Customers
can order their ingredients through our telephone order hotline or online via our
website.
If there is a problem it may be possible to correct it over the phone via our technical
department.
Should it be necessary to visit your premises, we will arrange a mutually convenient
time.
To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction we employ an independent market
research company to conduct customer service assessments with a random selection
of customers three times a year.

How Is Our Vending Machine Different?
Most current drinks vending machines use a 1950's "wet" drink mixing system which
require a rigorous daily cleaning regime that is essential to avoid bacterial growth.
Environmental Health Magazine carried out an investigation and concluded that 80%
of vending machine operatives were not practising the recommended daily four stage
cleaning/ disinfecting cycle and 23% of automatic vending machine nozzles were contaminated
with E Coli type 1.
In Cup Plus have designed a range of unique, hygienic and fully automatic drinks
vending machines which offer greater hygiene standards than the current industry
standard.

Coffee shop style paper cups have been added to the Xen-550 hot drinks vending system
in reaction to the ever growing popularity of high street outlets. The thicker,
more substantial paper cup will guarantee a more comfortable experience for the
consumer, whether they opt for a hot or cold drink.
